HIFU offers an effective and proven non surgical face lift. It can:

Uniquely, the HIFU facelift tackles 3 different layers of the skin. The deepest cartridge, the 4.5 mm, lifts the "SMAS" layer (superficial muscular aponeurotic system layer). This is connective tissue under the cheeks and chin that connects the underlying muscle to the subcutaneous fat, and this the layer lifted by surgeons during a surgical face lift. Without incisions, HIFU targets this layer with acoustic energy to create thermal coagulation zones which stimulate the growth of new collagen.

Two other cartridges, the 3.0mm and 1.5mm are also used to also regenerate the deep dermis and the superficial dermis for a comprehensive lift and rejuvenation.

It takes around 12 weeks to see the final result, although a slight improvement can often be seen straight after treatment.

There is no downtime with the treatment and you can go back to work afterwards.

After the treatment, the skin may initially look a little red but this resolves within a few hours. Other side effects include mild swelling, tingling or tenderness, especially around the jawline, but this also resolves without issue.

Comparison of HIFU with Laser, IPL and Radio Frequency

As you can see from the above diagram, HIFU penetrates deeper into the skin and fat layers than IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), RF (Radio Frequency) or Laser, making it the most effective of the non-surgical, non invasive face lift that there is - no needles, no sutures and no downtime!
